Sumner is one of Beam's experienced loan officers.  His focus is on conventional loans, but because he is a veteran himself, he also handles VA and TexVet loans.  Mr. Sumner also handles USDA loans in the outlying areas around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  He has been active in real estate for decades and wants to assist you with your real estate needs.
